Antibiotic Juice Recipe

This juice aids the immune system and acts as a power antibiotic and antiseptic. In the long run it is not good to take antibiotics because bacteria and organisms become resistant. Antibiotics can also cause organ damage in the long run.

All these reasons make this juice an excellent choice plus this juice will help strengthen your immune system.

What you will need:

- 1 carrot
- 1 beetroot
- 2 spinach leaves
- 1-2 apples (depending on your taste)
-1/2 cm horseradish root
- 1/2cm fresh ginger root
- 1/2 to 1 garlic glove (optional if you can tolerate the taste)
- 1/2 cup watercress (optional)

Wash all the ingredients and process through your juicer. This may not be the best tasting juice however it is great for help with infections and you can customise it a little by adding more apples so that the taste improves or you can dilute it with water. Try to drink a minimum of once 300ml of this juice, for best results twice daily.
