Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650

This is a review of the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650.

At only the cost of approximately $70 this is a great juicer to even suit a lower budget!

It has quite a high horsepower of 1.1hp and comes with a one year warranty.

One of the downsides is that the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 generally has a higher wastage especially when you are juicing softer fruits or softer vegetables. However don't let this one fact put you off. As mentioned previously it is important to consider how often you will be using it and also what you would like to juice in the long run.

It is easy to assemble out of the box and easy to operate. Parts are dishwasher safe to enable easier cleaning.

Plus you can also fit whole fruits into the chute!

This juicer scored 4.5 stars of out 5 from customers that bought it on Amazon which shows that a lot of people were happy with their purchase.

Definitely great value for money the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650.

Headache Remedy Juice

I make this juice every now and then when I get a headache and it can have quite an impact depending on the cause of your headache.

What you will need:
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 1 cup chopped broccoli pieces
- 1 whole apple
- 1 big carrot

Be warned this is not necessarily one of the best tasting juices, but it can be a great headache remedy juice.

Another thing that can help is if you take magnesium tablets which then acts as a pain reliever (4-6 tablets daily when you have a headache).

However always ensure that you are not allergic to any of the things mentioned and if you are in doubt check with you health care professional.

Morning Zing Juice Recipe

This recipe is great first thing when you wake up in the morning! Loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals; this will leave you feeling great and ready for your day ahead.

What you will need
- 1 stick celery
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 lime
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- green apples

I would recommend juicing the ingredients in between apples so that you will get the most juice from this recipe.

Enjoy over some ice!

Breville BJE510XL

Today I am going to review the Breville BJE510XL juicer. Essentially it is a five speed juicer which speed ranges from 6500rpm for softer fruits and greens to 12500rpm for denser foods such as carrots. It comes in a stainless steel housing with a stainless-steel micromesh filter and cutters, engineering-grade polymers and a backlit control panel. Plus the parts are dishwasher safe which makes it a whole lot easier to clean. Generally I find that the cleaning is the part that can put people off from juicing, however this is something that Breville has made easier with this juicer. The 3 inch feed tube makes it easy to juice whole fruits and vegetables and therefore requires less preparation before you start the actual juicing process. It also comes with a brush to help with cleaning.

The Breville BJE510XL can make a 8 ounces glass of juice in about 5 seconds. This juicer has 900 watts power and carries a one year warranty.

Protein Smoothie Recipe

This protein smoothie recipe is amazing! If you are looking for a protein smoothie to give you all eight essential amino acids this is what you have been looking for. Whether you do weight training or any other workout this will help your recovery!

What you need:
- 2 apples
- 1/4 cucumber
- celery stick
- whole peeled lime
Juice all the above in between the apples to get out the most juice.

Next you will need to put the following in your blender:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon of sesame and pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 avocado
Blend this for about a minute and pour over ice!

This protein smoothie will give you all the essential protein that your body needs and will keep you feeling fuller for longer!

What will I be juicing? This might be an important question to determine which is the right juicer for you. There are three types of juicers; citrus, centrifugal and masticating. Citrus juicers are used to juice citrus fruits whereas centrifugal juicers have blades/shredder discs which are used to extract juice from a variety of fruit and vegetables. The third type masticating juicers are excellent for leafy greens because they crush and knead the produce to a pulp before squeezing out the juice. How noisy is the juicer? Sometimes this can be quite hard to know before actually buying a juicer. However reviews on Amazon are a great way to find out because people that have bought the juicers generally comment on the noise and other features of the juicers that are sold on there.

You may also want to consider whether the juicer comes with a warranty.

It is important to give the above considerations enough thought, because you want the Best Juicer for you! You don't just want another kitchen appliance that is going to sit in your kitchen cupboard collecting dust...

Workout Wonder Juice Recipe

This is the ideal juice before and after your workouts whether you work out at the gym, enjoy a run or do any other exercise. Many of you probably know that during your workout you will loose potassium and sodium. This workout wonder juice recipe has the perfect balance of these nutrients and will speed up the recovery process.

It is generally best to drink a glass 30 minutes before your workout and another 30 minutes after your workout. Don't worry about drinking this juice before your workout; juice generally only stays in your stomach for 15 minutes so you will be more than fine to work out 30 minutes after consuming this juice.

You will need the following ingredients
  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 stick celery
The best way to prepare this juice is to first put in one of the apples, followed by the cucumber and the celery stick (Cut the celery stick into smaller pieces). Last put through the apple. Turn on the juicer and enjoy your juice over some ice!
