Beauty Smoothie Recipe

Today I am going to share a beauty smoothie recipe with you. It has some great ingredients such as avocado which is excellent for your skin plus the nutmeg having calming and soothing properties.

You might be suprised to see sugarsnap peas as an ingredient but it actually tastes really nice!

What you will need:

- 1 orange
- 100g sugarsnap peas
- 1/2 avocado
- 2-3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- a little bit mineral water
- a little bit of nutmeg depending on your taste

First of all juice the orange and the sugarsnap peas. Then put the juice and all other ingredients in the blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Mango Lassi

This is delicious with ripe and juicy mangoes!

What you will need:
- flesh of a large mango
- 100ml natural yoghurt
- 100ml water
- mint to decorate

Put all ingredients apart from the mint into a blender and process until smooth. Decorate with the mint and enjoy your mango lassi!

Antibiotic Juice Recipe

This juice aids the immune system and acts as a power antibiotic and antiseptic. In the long run it is not good to take antibiotics because bacteria and organisms become resistant. Antibiotics can also cause organ damage in the long run.

All these reasons make this juice an excellent choice plus this juice will help strengthen your immune system.

What you will need:

- 1 carrot
- 1 beetroot
- 2 spinach leaves
- 1-2 apples (depending on your taste)
-1/2 cm horseradish root
- 1/2cm fresh ginger root
- 1/2 to 1 garlic glove (optional if you can tolerate the taste)
- 1/2 cup watercress (optional)

Wash all the ingredients and process through your juicer. This may not be the best tasting juice however it is great for help with infections and you can customise it a little by adding more apples so that the taste improves or you can dilute it with water. Try to drink a minimum of once 300ml of this juice, for best results twice daily.

Banana Heaven Smoothie Recipe

If you are looking for a little lift or a smoothie that is going to give you more energy; you will enjoy this Banana Smoothie Recipe.

What you will need:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 450ml soy milk
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 40g ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon honey

Put all of the above ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If you wish enjoy your banana smoothie over some ice!

It tastes so good it is hard to believe it's good for you!

Berry Power Smoothie Recipe

Today I would like to share another one of my favourites, the Berry Power Smoothie Recipe.

What you will need:
- 1 handfull strawberries
- 1 handfull blueberries
- 1 small handfull of sunflower and sesame seeds
- 3 apples

First juice the three apples and then put the juice and the remainder of the above ingredients in the blender. Enjoy your Berry Smoothie over some ice!
