Parsley Smoothie Recipe

Tonight I made a Parsley Smoothie, which turned out beautiful.

Juice the following ingredients
- half a cucumber
- one apple

Put the juice and a small handful of parsley in a blender; enjoy your parsley smoothie over some ice!

Parsley is an amazing herb that can help with high blood pressure, eye disorders and anemia. If you are a sufferer of migraines parsley might help. It is also an excellent blood cleanser, can help sufferers of arthritis and people that have hardened arteries.
